We prioritize account onboarding for nonprofit (501c3) organizations supporting recovery, mental wellness, or any type of healing through free community resources and/or events. That said, if you do not fit this description but love what you see and want to discuss how you might utilize the platform, we would be delighted to talk to you! Our community and marketplace of organizations is always expanding in size and scope.
That is up to you! Many of our tools can replace your existing products, but only if you want them to! You are welcome to utilize NewForm as a complement to your existing tools, or our team can help you make a full transition to NewForm as your community management and scheduling hub. The platform is flexible, so you can make a full operational shift (and when you see all we have to offer, we think you might want to) or use NewForm as another tool to reach your goals.
No. We’re not a medical provider nor EHR system. But we take privacy and data handling seriously. If you would like to talk about this in more detail, our team is happy to walk you through how your data and your community’s data are protected.

Creating an account on the portal and utilizing all the current features is FREE for our organizational partners. As a nonprofit organization ourselves, our mission is to remove barriers to resources and community, and that starts with access. To ensure sustainability in the long-term, we are exploring pricing models for some of NewForm’s portal features, but our top priority is ensuring that the platform remains accessible for anyone and that the value far exceeds the cost to our partners.
No. Our scheduler is set up for free events only. We are passionate about access. If you have paid events or resources you’d like to offer, you are welcome to post about them in your community spaces (these spaces function similar to a Facebook group within the NewForm app). If paid events are an important need for your organization, let us know and we will talk through ways to get that info to your community, and discuss potential updates that could make this possible in the future.
